As I hear The Fall of Rs a lot, I guess I felt like making this. It didn't take much effort to do. Post CnC and rate please.

There are a few MAJOR flaws with this work:

1. There are waaaaaaaaay too many stars.
2. The lens flare in the corner looks cheaply pasted in.
3. No lighting effects on the planet = boring and flat looking picture.

Lens flare wasn't pasted in actually. I don't see anything wrong with the stars. Well isn't RuneScape becoming flat and boring?

The planet itself is pretty good, and I like the effect you've put onto the RS map, it fits in with the destruction of RS theme.
The others are right about the stars, though. There's way too many and they're pretty repetitive. Then lense flare looks out of place, and the 'light beams' stop abruplty, there's no transition between stars and flare. You've also erased part of it which makes it look a lot worse too.

Dear Kirby,

This is a really cool idea and I like Runescape-related art a lot. However, the planet is the biggest issue. I know that you made the map image sphere-shaped, but the edges of the planet are too stark in contrast to the red outer glow that you've added. To fix this, try using the Inner Glow feature (if you're using Photoshop). Make sure that the inner glow is situated so that it's visible in the top and side areas of the planet-- not the bottom. The stars are fine, don't worry about those. Lense flares are a little (in my opinion, don't get mad or anything) amateurish. If you want, you can download some moon brushes or make your own sparks of light using a brush and the smudge tool (to make little flares). Keep up the good work and keep trying new stuff.

I'm trying to make it more realistic. On my old computer, as how dark the screen is (100% brightness on) cannot see one single star. I honestly think there doesn't need to be less stars. :|
