That's pretty rude to say, Zvono. If you looked at the original picture, she was lying down. That's probably why her top made her seem a bit larger than she really is. Anyway, I fixed that a little by cutting the side of her top off a little.

When you do photomanip..unless you want to completely repaint someone's skin, you have to use filters along with erasing over the original layer to get smooth skin. Sometimes this makes the skin look a little bit like what you said. The reason I use this technique still is that it works a lot better than the smudge tool, which blurs blotches into the skin.
