It looks like the whole thing has a watery effect to it and it looks like everything is splotchy

yeah, make some of the land features on earth be greener and make the nebula behind earth smoother. it is really blotchy for space...

I'm sort of confused on what style you wanted to use with this. It doesn't look realistic enough, and it doesn't look surreal enough. The clouds are a little too swirly in some part and the clouds behind the earth are too choppy. I guess the only way I can sum this piece up is as very incomplete. Hopefully you can smooth out the wrinkles.

Here's my take: it is okay from a visual perspective. However, the planet is very wet the clouds are repetitive, the edge of the planet are shaky, the stars and nebula are unrealistic, and the land is also repetitive. Work on it.

I have a opposite feedback then everyone else so far. It looks quite unique to me. It doesn't look like you just got a picture of space and made a few minor changes to it. You did a lot, it looks pretty good.

I will agree it looks a little complete. I would be out of ideas to add right now though. This is an alright one, but you can probably make better,
