i wanna see who can make me the best sig with this info provided

words: i want devinmsz to stay there and it to slowly fade in and out saying: leader of the spartans

size: i dont care just do anything that u think would be proper and good lookin.

background/layout: i dont care. just use meatwads sig as a "guidline" seince i liike the layout

ps. i may not use this sig i jus wanna see who can make the best with this crappy and un deatailed info.
