Well all you have to do is copy and paste. First, go the thread where you got this. Second, go to the adress bar and righ click and select copy. Now come ack here and make a reply, right click in the text box and click paste. Now you have given the thread :P

all you do is highlight the images that you want and right-click, and bring to paint and go to Edit-Paste then it will appear..and if you need help from there tell me
