u culd use paint or photoshop or wateva, it doesnt matter! i use photoshop 2 make buddies 4 my sig! and btw, this is wrong place i think, graphics central? |

basically you can use any graphics/design program something like paint or photoshop are common ones. you simply make the piece of work you want to be a avatar small enough to fit..if you need someone to make one for you the graphics market is a good place to start |
