This weekend, I would like to cordially invite you to a small party! I am planning to finish off my Prayer skill and am hoping to hang out with you and a few friends and clanmates. To the best of my knowledge, no (pure) free player has accomplished this feat. I am not sure how many people will show up, but I'm sure it'll be fun to hang out nonetheless. So without further ado, the details:

What: 200,000,000 Prayer XP, pure F2P
Where: World 3, Grand Exchange
When: 8pm GMT on Saturday, November 21st 2015 (here for countdown)
Who: Anyone is welcome to join, just be cool.
Why: Do you really have to ask?

You should also post updates on RuneWire for countdowns and such.
