I might still be traveling home from a final exam at that time, but I hope to make it for the tail end of the party at least.

I was also toying with the idea of broadcasting my live audio from home through the Mumble server, so that you all can listen into the live action, as it happens. If you haven't already done so, go to this thread: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=55359 and setup and configure Mumble on your computer. I probably will set it up so that you can hear me at my end, but I won't be able to hear you (as this would cause feedback/looping problems). Just think, you might even get the chance to hear me cry. LOL

i can record if you want me to...although my rs will be slightly less detailed cause my computer cant handle it in hd without lag...also, do want to include audio or no?

Ummm, you could take the mumble feed as the audio track for the video. That would be perfect, as I will have game audio as well as my mic audio streaming through mumble during the event. Thanks so much for offer.

Just to give you a heads up as to what I plan on dropping at my Drop Party following the 12 99s. Hope you all can be there.

Post subject:  Last Minute Instructions
Just a couple of last minute instructions for the event.

1. Please ensure you have Accept Aid turned on in your game control panel. I will be teleporting the group to various locations using some Lunar spells and this needs to be turned on in order for you to be teleported.
2. Please bring a brown apron with you so that you can enter the Crafting Guild when I get that skillcape.
3. We will be stopping by the Yanille bank prior to the house party at the end, so you do not need to bring/equip anything specifically for the house party until later.
4. You could bring confetti, fireworks, firecrackers, banners, kites, etc. to make each 99 a nice showy event.
5. I will be using the Mumble Voice Server to broadcast a live audio feed from my computer. Instructions for Mumble are as follows:
Mumble Voice Server:
You can grab the client from mumble.sourceforge.net. Mumble works on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
In order to join the server you can simply click the link at the bottom of the main forum page below the online list. This will launch Mumble using your forum credentials. Please log in with your rsbandb forum password.

For those wanting to connect manually:
Server IP: 209.160.21.177
Port: 64738
User: Your forum user
Password: You will be asked for your password, same as your forum password.

Note: We will be using the "Podcast Live Recordings" channel from within Mumble. Within this channel I will be the only person who should be able to broadcast but everyone should be able to hear. This is so you can hear audio through my mic as well as my computer speakers (game audio), as I will be using my speakers and not headphones during the event. It has turned out that I will be having quite the gathering of family and friends, many of which are RS players, here with me live, cheering me on. So it should be an exciting time for everyone. I do plan on explaining my gameplay strategy, working all these twelve skills together, as we go along and get each skillcape.

6. As this event is special in that it is 12 99s on 12/12/12 at 12:12 AM GMT, we will be starting right on time. We will be in the RSBandB Friends Chat (bitsbytes) in case you arrive late and need to check out where we are in order to join us in progress.

Lastly, thank you so much to all of you in the RSBandB Community for encouraging me all along the way, and I certainly hope that you will be able to make the drop party after the event so that you can snag a small token of my appreciation.
