This month we have Ryan's event he designed for the Events Crew in his application as our P2P event and we'll be capturing some orbs with The Great Orb project in F2P.
Jungle Run
Jungle Run is a new event but a similar concept to what has been done in the past. It consists of a scavenger hunt on the overgrown jungle island of Karamja, where the contestants will be given clues on which items to hunt for on the vast island. The search will require wits, strength and a lot of energy to keep you on top!
What: Scavenger Hunt
When: Saturday August 30 @ 2PM RSBandB Time/MDT [1PM PDT, 3PM CDT, 4PM EDT, 9PM BST/England]
Where: Brimhaven Docks. World 132.
Description: It is recommended to bring jungle essentials such as anti-poisons, hatchets and food (incase you are being attacked). However, these aren’t necessary for those who want to brave the depths of the jungle.
The Great Orb Project
What: The Great Orb Project
When: Sunday August 31 @ 2PM RSBandB Time/MDT [1PM PDT, 3PM CDT, 4PM EDT, 9PM BST/England]
Where: Runecraft Guild. Second floor of the wizards tower. World 154.
Description: We will meet in the RC guild and then break into two teams. If need be we will swap worlds if there are too many people, but I don't think this will be a problem.
Events Forum Change
We have also made a change to the Events forum. We have decreased the minimum time you must post before an event from 7 days to 2 days. All other rules still apply. So that should help you with events that come up quickly
Theres always a F2P event and a P2P event.
