The Dark Council is a newly founded community accepting of everyone and anyone. We are not a clan, but rather a unity of all clans. Founded on April 23, 2011, we wish to be the largest unified group of clans of all time. Any clan is welcome to be part of our unity, regardless of requirements.
What we offer is a place for clans to mingle, give advice to each other, plan events for everyone, and get ideas for your own clan. We also allow anyone to join, so you may be able to find some more members on our site. We are fair, and do not have many rules. Our rules are basically just common sense.
There is no memberlist for TDC, however there is a clan list. On our forum there is a list of clans who are members of our unity.
We have no requirements to join, and there is no downside to joining our community. If you have the spare time, you should come check us out.
