RuneWire seems pretty active though? Really, I think RuneWire is so great that people forget to post on the forums. When I go to RSBandB my link goes right to RuneWire :)

I kinda agree, not outdated but dying (no offense). The issue is we just have less active users. Many have quit RS by this point. We seem to have less users and runewire posts are now hours in between. What happened to Famzila, Levy, Macbeth, Tank of H3ll, Warren, Priss, Opeth, Chunk, Doombionics, Meltown, Sxe Ketchup etc. And people here just seem to get along less and less. I really don't have any suggestions to improve it other than branching out further to other games.

Quite the statement for a member of three days. If you have suggestions please give them, I haven't seen any yet.

Also what are you expecting in terms of activity level?

one thing i suggest is outsourcing and the activity level i expect is more than 5 members a night on the forums.

quite the statement? the fact that ive been a member for ONLY a couple of days and ive actually brought this up and brought it to the attention of this "community" is, to say the least, crazy...

I am not sure what you mean by 'outsourcing'. If you are looking for a HUGE community this really isn't the place. We never have been, nor do I think we should be. Yes the forum activity has gone down in recent years but I think you will find that the community we do have is one of the best you can find in terms of runescape. If this place isn't what you are looking for then that is that. We love to have new members though. Coming on here really isn't a 'right'. Seems to me that you were expecting something else and with a condescending tone. :|

Just remember who we are. We are what we are. (and personally I like that about rsbandb.)

Sorry if you were expecting something else. (also, expand on outsourcing. I have no idea what that means in terms of a forum.)

Perhaps you are expecting something as active as the Runescape Official forums? If you want your thread to be buried by spam immediately then, by all means, please go there.
By the way, there are more than 50 members who get on daily. Just because there aren't many on when you get on, doesn't mean there aren't many.

Your statement actually works against you here.
You have only been a part of this forum for a few days so you do not know who the Community is, thus you really have no right to begin judging our forum nor our Community.

As KillJoy(a longstanding member of this Community) said, RSBandB has never had massive activity and we actually like it that way. 1,000 posts a minute is quite a thing to handle, just ask Jagex. We are a Community of like-minded Runescapians and Gamers.

If you think this site needs work, then perhaps you should volunteer? Instead of asking what RSBandB owes you, maybe you should ask what you can do for RSBandB?
