Thanks for letting us know those were missing. I've added them to our database since I have them in my bank.
Although the max hit calculator for those items will not work correctly if you have burned vyres. I haven't had the time yet to program in any of the special boosting items into the max hit formula, there are a lot of special cases for items like those where the user would have to enter additional data. When I have time I will add special item cases in. We would need people to test max hits for blisterwood items though since, as far as I know, jagex hasn't released exactly how burning vyres will affect your max hit with them.
