As the title says. Just a question about the when downtime happens. Is it normally someone is working on the site, or is it a different reason? Just wondering because a couple of nights ago the server went down for something like 20 minutes and I couldn't ask Shane or Mike because they both weren't on. |

I'm guessing a power outage because of the weather or a server maintenance. I'm also curious ![]() |

We almost never take the site down, and if we do, we usually post a topic as to why it was down or will be down. Our last downtime was Feb 13, and all processes on the server are showing uptime since then. Anyone who has problems reaching the server at anytime, please let us know the specific times that this occurs and if there was an error message or if you just couldn't connect and we will investigate further. |

The time I mentioned both you and Shane were offline on MSN but Shane said when he came back on his Internet was out, but on my end my cable was out, so he said it was Shaw that might have been the problem because he looked on the graph and it showed nothing. |

Back home I used Shaw too, and quite a lot of the times I would have trouble connecting to the Internet, but that's probably just me. |

Still doesn't explain the downtime for me then. I can't give the exact time or date, but when it happens again I'll be sure to let you know. |
