Does it say that the file cannot be found?

It's downloading fine for me. Maybe try unsubscribing and re-subscribing?

Also does it give any detail on the error?

It might be similar to the problem that colinsoccer had, Shane. What was it you said that would help?

Try going directly to the Update! site and download the file to put it on your ipod manually.

Here's a link to the current show, see if it will let you download it.

Download episode 204 manually. Listen to the questions section for Colin's question. From that do the same thing that I asked him to do and email me.

Go to this topic http://forums.rsbandb.com/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=74570

Then, right click the "Direct Download" link, the click "Save link as", then save it to wherever you want it to go. When that's finished, open it up and if you have itunes as your default media player, it will go into it automatically. If not, right click the file , then click "Open with" and select iTunes.

Tell me if this worked for you or not. It works for me to do it this way, that way, I don't even need to subscribe to it.

Once there, have a listen to Colinsoccer123's question (i think it's near the end of the question's section) and then, have a go at what Shane suggested, and email him with the results.

Try disabling the proxy and accessing RSBandB and the podcast later (iTunes probably will still have your broken cache). iTunes probably wasn't working earlier because it doesn't use your browser proxy settings.

For anyone wondering, the problem was due to some firewall rules. A certain section of IP addresses were being disallowed to prevent IP spoofing. The IP addresses were blocked since at the time of the packaging of the firewall the IP addresses in question were inactive by the companies that owned them. Ideally the list should update automatically, however, updating was not enabled when the operating system was installed.

If it's still not working feel free to respond here.
