Stat signatures are provided to everyone, for the purpose that they would be used. Not so one guy can be unique on every other RS forum. XD If it was that, then the creator would only create one for theirself, or give it to one other person. Not put it on a website for public use. Which is why those who want to be unique create their own signatures.
It's not even polite not to use it if somebody else already has it, what says they should be the sole user of the specific sig?
Just don't even use that signature :$
