I was just thinking about this, and I know it really sucks, but won't RSBANDB's signatures be outdated once the new accelerated graphics come out? I hate to say it, but the competition signatures seem like a waste of time now, knowing that they'll need updating whenever Rs gets it's overhaul. Just a thought... |

Well, everyone put in some work submitting those skill pictures, the graphics people put in lots of work cutting them out of the background, and Shane put in work coding them up. So there's no point in delaying the signatures to wait till the new updated graphics come. Why not see them get some use now? When the signatures were planned we had no idea jagex would ever update their graphics, it was just posted last week. Whenever the update graphics do come out, we can just take some new character pictures and put them in the selection. It is likely the old pictures will stay up for selection under a "classic" option or similar. If there is any pictures you'd like to see in there right away, you can always edit the background out, reduce the height of the picture to 105px, save as transparent png, and send it off through PM to Shane or I. |

The people in the new version of rs still look bloody crap anyway, by the time there shrunk down to size to fit in the sig, i doubt theres going to be a big difference. ![]() |

That's what I was thinking also. Here is an idea though. Competition Signatures of High and Low Detail with another option of Competition Signatures of Extreme Detail. |
