You need to be an active member of RSBANDB.

Why is my character not on this list?
These high scores are composed of people who enter their Runescape character(s) name in the RSN fields on the rsbandb forums.
There are certain requirements for being active on the forums including length of membership, post count, and active time on forums. These exact values are not given out to avoid people from abusing the system. We only want active community members on this list.
People who abuse the system by putting runescape character names that do not belong to them in the RSN fields will have their forum account/IP address banned from being on the highscores.

ok,so. On the RSBandB updates i went to the Woodcutting Highscores. And i noticed that my 89 woodcutting was not on there.... And then it said i was not a member of the Highscores. Can someone explain to me please? thanks, -Mike
