You are a member of the forums. There is an post count requirement, activity requirement, and length of membership requirement to get on the highscores. Highscores FAQ wrote: There are certain requirements for being active on the forums including length of membership, post count, and active time on forums. These exact values are not given out to avoid people from abusing the system. We only want active community members on this list.
