Well I'm not too sure if this is possible or not, cause I'm a newbie. :P

But i thought having our own version of the rsc clans support would be good.

For those that don't know it looks like this:

Image

Using that picture as an example: You pretty much enter your clan name under your post count and stuff this one being 'Fear' and then if any other member has 'Fear' placed there then when you click Fear they will show up on a list so not only can everyone see who's in what clan but you can get up a list of how many members of your clan are on the site.

Again, no idea if this is even possible i just think it'd be a good idea and would encourage more people to use these boards.

Well, they could just as well write stupid things in there sure, same as with sigs, these things will be moderated like sigs.

The idea sounds good. Just look at it as a Runescape name box.

Almost anything is possible it seems. I think it is a good idea. Not only will people know what clan you are in, it will also help in advertising in a way.

Good Idea, having a good clan support can bring alot of attention to a site. Seeing as Rsbandb is growing ever day this would help to attract more people to use the cals and forums.

For the Clan Directory, it needs tad updating and maybe some new features added? Such as Cape color f2p and p2p, how many members/or highscores link, Average hp, and their clan Initals (Ex: ST, TS, DF, etc.). Would look something like this

Clan Name: Lkg Owners
Clan Site: Lkgowners.com
Members: 1
Average Hp: 95
Clan Initals: LO
F2P Cape: Orange
P2P Cape: 55

You took that pic from Runescape Community's leet clan discussion forums (H). I agree with ur idea, Rsbandb's clan section needs more support. Most of the people who use forums are in clans, so that would definitely get us more members(and hopefully a more active clan discussion board).

Its a good idea, one problem is ppl can make it appear as if they are in another clan. If this were to happen, there would need to be some way to decide who is in wat clan.

I added a field to it in the profile, we are not going to be moderating it to see if people are telling the truth though, and sorry you can't have a link to your clan there, maybe put the link to your clan as your website link
