If it involved reverse compiling the runescape game, which it probably did, that is illegal by law and we can absolutely not allow it.

Apparantley even JAGeX get on it for a bit of fun... a lot of people on RSR are talking about it though, however the staff decided to ban any topic on it.

they violate runescape copyright and are illegal, the answer is no, no discussion needed on this subject at all.
