when i use pic from imageshack.us it onlylets use use 100k bites is there antoher way to past the hole thing

Try and be a little more clear. If your image is too big try another host. I am not sure what you need help with. :P

Nope you can't because your local files are not localed what we call the World Wide Web.
If you say proper as a jpg or png format, it shouldn't be too large in file size unless you have a giant pictures.

If you save as jpg, assuming you know how, and go back to http://www.imageshack.us
You should be able to upload it.

.jpg or .png. PNG's are better quality. Then when uploading the image, I would recommend copying the direct link to the image and then putting tags around it as to not have the annoying thumbnails.

and for gosh sake! resize your images!
