I just wanted to say that RS Bits & Bytes is awesome even though its not big. I feel theres order and there is not many inactive users. A place to chill if you would I mean I havent seen HUGE RULES. like RV and RHQ not saying those are bad fan sites but I really like this website for some reason I just discovered it today but wow. Compared to other runescapes sites this is very small. Ive seen clan sites have this much members. Im not insulting so could you stop making me reply..
