I'm having a problem with the goal sig

 Post subject: I'm having a problem with the goal sig

After my old account got deleted (I rarely ever used the forums) I made a new one. And now it seems I can't make a goal sig because of this (I had a goal sig on the old account). And everytime I click the report function, it never reports anything, the button just appears pressed and then deos nothing. If anyone could help, that would be great.
