| Post subject: | Regarding Distinguished Users |
The staff at RSBANDB have decided that due to inactivity, the 'Distinguished User' Rank will be removed, and the forums will be deleted. When it was first added we intended it to be a way to recognize people who had contributed to the RSBANDB community in one way or another, we planned to keep adding people regularly, but it did not turn out this way. The area was largely redundant and we did not keep updating the group regularly enough. The area is still dead now, and after discussions with the admins and several members of staff, we have decided it would be best to remove the group. This decision does in no way incinuate we feel that people are not worthy of the rank, but that it is pointless. We thank those that were members, and hope they can accept our decision. And we, once again, would like to thank them for their contributions to the community over the years. |
