Just a quick tip regarding on decent way herblore habitat can help farming, besides the obvious fruit tree, bush, herbs, and flower planting, and the farming potion.

I've been doing allot of hunter trapping on the carrion jadinko. All you need to do to attract them is plant a green flower, Kalferberry bush, and have a Boneyard Habitat. I starting out just doing them for strange rocks for hunter, but discovered that the Pungent vine that they drop can be used for making super compost.

Since the vines stack into one pile, it makes a great addition to your farming run, only having to occupy on space in your backpack instead of having to carry 15 super compost items with you or make a separate trip to fill the compost bin. So now I always carry a pile of pungent vines with me when I farm the allotments, just in case my compost bin gets empty.

Also I believe that the the vine that the common jadinko, the withered vine can be use to make regular compost, (I haven't confirmed that yet though since I don't normally make regular compost).

Just thought I would share that little tip with those who haven't noticed it yet, or haven't explored herblore habitat.
