I wondered how long it'll take to get 57 Summoning, using only penguin points and lamps o_o

Like 6 months if you start from level 1. Pretty much a waste to use penguin points and lamps on skills at low levels, though...

True, though if I'm not wrong, you can easily get close to 30 Summoning with the charms reward from the Wolf Whistle quest :)

Any quests where a reward is Summoning, which is possible to complete without leveling other combat stats? o_o

Well I have got 34 summoning from xp lamps on the way to 99 in approx. 2 months or so I think?

The charms from wolf whistle would get you like level 20.

To get 34 summoning off of xp lamps alone in 2 months you need to get like 2 xp lamps a day... I guess I am just unlucky but I hardly ever get randoms xd

Yah, I cut like 3-4 hrs A day, I usually averaged 2 lamps a day

If it helps, I got 1-24 summoning in a day without using charms by doing the quest, doing ToG, cashing in the 200xp lamp from gunnars ground, then spending my 20 or so penguin points. The following week I got 25 from ToG, and 32 from Penguin points. The 3rd week I got 33 from ToG, and 35 from penguin points. This week I didn't get a level from ToG, but I got 39 from 10 penguin points. Since Penguin points are based off of your level, its better to do ToG each week first if you think you can get a level from it. If not, cash in PP first, and then do ToG. ToG is also based off of level, but level doesn't affect your experience in ToG as much as it does with PP.

If you're going to be relying on xp rewards, Tears of Guthix (gives access weekly D&D that can get you a free 2.5kish xp at level 30, xp gets better the more quest points you have and the higher level you have) and Cold War (causes half the pengs each week give 2 points instead of 1) help a lot. You can use recoils to kill the lvl 51 in Cold war if you're a skiller.
