It looks good. You'll have quick access to your chapel, obelisk, lecturn, and a glory on the wall in your quest hall if you choose to put on there. The only thing is your portal rooms are a little far away if you plan to use your house as a teleport hub with home teles to save on runes. You could maybe fix that if you wanted to by putting one of the portal rooms (the one with the most used teles from house) off the garden with your entrance portal.

In my opinion, those rooms I put on there are the only important ones so you'll want to have them all as close as possible to your entrance portal. I personally don't care how the rest of my house looks.
