I did experiments. The best would be: Torag's helm, Dharok's chest, Verac's skirt. Torag helm for cheapest, dharok for cheapest, skirt for prayer bonus. You can switch skirt to guthan's chainskirt if you want to be cheap. |

I always just used torags body and legs then wore a slayer helmet with any sort of shield. For training I would recommend camping ogres and burying big bones and keeping all herb seeds. |

if you mean mixing em together i'd go with torags helm, plate and legs (unless you want a bit of prayer bonus, then buy veracs) but if you mean which full set is good for melee, id say guthans, because itll be good for training. as for the training advice, the top three i recomend is: shadow warriors(what i did at those levels), slayer, or if you have done defender of varrock and have a salve amulet(e), armoured zombies(pray melee and stand by the. |

for armor i really don't know,it differs depending if you want like a high crush defense or slash or stab or something like that. for training i would use experiments maybe go to ape atoll(if you have protect from melee)and go to the temple and fight the guards there's a prayer altar like 5 steps away..or use rock crabs(not the best) or maybe ankous or maybe spiders. |
