i tried calling 19002262324 like they tolled me...so i do then it says msl03 and if you need to know my phone company its metro pcs

Your parents probably set up something with the phone company that says 900 numbers wont charge you. therefore runescape can't be paid that way. My parents do that too because if you accidentally dial a 900 number you won't get charged like crazy.

Well, here is another method that might work.

Go to a Walmart or any petrol station near to you Grab a "pre-paid" visa debit card that is reloadable. Then go onto paypal and create a account (I'm assuming you don't have one.). Then add the details of the card. then, make yourself a runescape member by credit card. Select the paypal option. Then go to paypal website. Log in. Then choose the "pre-paid" credit card number. Then if it goes to plan, you should be a member.
