F2P 92-99 Strength

What should I do?

I got 92 strength, 75k and a full rune set?

Buy food along with strength pots and fight roaches pick up all drops and if you sell it you'll be able to keep getting money for more food n pots along with a nice profit if you get a rune drop because it's not that rare that they drop it. You should be able to get to 99 strength within no time.

Roaches are in the Stronghold of security.

Also, I hear giant spiders in there are great as well because you don't need to click since they auto attack you.

GL on 92-99, that will take awhile in FTP.

I'm assuming he's talking about the level 80-some ones, since I've never heard that the the level 53s drop anything rune.

In p2p fastest way is probably by using pest control but you won't get any HP xp that way. A decent way would be using bandits, plus you don't need to pay attention much while doing it. I trained my str from 95-99 in about 3 weeks that way. Tim wrote a nice guide found here: http://informer.rsbandb.com/article/200 ... e-a-better-match.htm

So ptp would be quite a bit faster, p2p is always the way to go when thinking about training skills with efficiency.

Sorry but I must be understood. I'm talking about the Cockroach soldier (Level 83) in Stronghold of Player Safety not the Stronghold of Security. Here's a link from runescape to explain.

And rune sq as well; yes they are the best training that I have found for high levels, and the most profitable. You can easily bank at Edgeville, and more than make what you would be spending in lobsters, or whatever you wish to use as food.

Roaches are good. If you run out of money (which I doubt you will) then you can always get free trout and salmon from the nearby river. Many people cook and get rid of trout and salmon all the time there. Always nice if you can find free food. Decent for healing hitpoints. 8)
