Willows all the way to 99 would be fastest but if your going to do yews/magics before 99 Id say maybe 90ish for yews and 95 for magics.

You never should. Willows will always be faster. Even at 92 woodcutting, I get about 3x as much experience cutting willow logs than cutting yew logs. Sure, yews are much more money, but unless you want that, just cut willows.

ive got an account with 91 woodcutting and willows is best. Magic is NEVER good its ALLWAYS slow, you can do yews if you want to but isuggest finding a nice spot where no people are and chop willows/ drop them.

Well if you ever plan to cut magics at a certain level because they will be faster than now, it's not really true. They may improve slightly from 75 to 99, but not by much.
So really, you could start now but it would take a lot of time.

It really depends on how long you want it to take. Shorter, cut yews until a 90s level, but don't really care how long then magics all the way.
But if you really don't care about money, power cut teaks not willows. But I'm assuming you're doing it for the money if you're considering yews/magics to 99.

Which teak location? And are we banking these teaks or dropping them?

For XP I don't recommend either at all. Your estimates seem ok though.

Teaks would take forever to bank lol, they're worth quite a bit so they're located far away from a bank. There are two locations I know of (haven't played in a while so it might be wrong) but there's a spot on Ape Atoll near the entrance to the dungeon where you go to the end to make the monkey talismans. I saw someone cutting and dropping teaks there so that's one option.

The other option is near Tai Bwo Wannai in the fenced off area where you need 100 trading sticks to get in. They also have a Mahogany tree there.

If you're banking you may as well give up so teaks are pretty much cut and drop for a lot of experience points.

There's another spot. Go south out of Castle Wars then run west, along the south wall of the castle. Continue west past the chompy hunting area until you get to the shore. There is a single teak there. Fairly easy to bank. Tele back to Castle Wars makes it a 1 way run (when your inventory is empty). Also, bring something to high alch while you wait for the tree to respawn. (It does so pretty quickly.)
