It's true, I did cows till 40-40-40 melee stats
there may be a faster way but it's all pretty linear till higher levels. Dead things = exp ^^

cows dont laugh cause i did cows tell rune scimmy and also use the one next to the crafting guild cause no one is ever there |

I would use the goblins in the stronghold of security if I were you. there are about 15 of them and if you pick a good world therewon't be any people

I did start with cows but i got bored and just got 35 str by killing the level 14 scorps in the varrock sewers |

Killing anything? Depends what your attack level is. 35 Strength isn't hard to get. |

cows are good but a quick way is to find a high level friend and get them to let them kill you a couple times at duel arena and you;ll be there in no time. |

Do Dark wizards, they give good exp as well as money from the rune drops. |
