well i am going for few cooking lvls so i need any sugestions wich tipe of food to cook and dont lose heaps of cash i am looking for optimal wich would give not to bad xp and would sell cooked ones easily, note i am f2p |

Ermmm tuna sells pretty well i think... then lobbies... im not sure about profit/loss though |

Swordies are very fast and fairly inexpensive for cooking. How easy are they to sell? I don't know... but it sure won't take 3 months like it is for my 14.5k trout ![]() |

You're F2P, so you really only have 2 options. a) Buy Raw Lobsters, cook, and sell. You'll lose money doing this, but not really a lot. b) Fly Fish your own Salmon and Trout, cook, and sell. |

I suggest fly fishing for trout and salmon since its fast to fish them and at your level you can't burn them. |
