I desperately need a skill to train so that I don't get more bored on RS, but I have no idea which one (note: F2P). Suggestions?

Range, Mage, Firemaking, or Mining.

Or just find $10 and mail it to Jagex. Members adds such a new level to the game, it's really hard to get bored because of the magnitude of skills to train. Just do it, Nike.

yeah... you need membership. Come on... 15 cents a day?!? Can't beat that price for entertainment.

Mailing cash works though  (Or if they dont accept cash, try a money order from your local post office. Either that, or try to find a friend who can write checks (that don't bounce)

At any rate, if you're staying F2P train your Woodcutting skill. Cut yews, then sell them for a 100% profit via GE. I'd suggest buying the bones for 43 prayer (probably would take around 1k yews to accomplish this), then you'd be all set for your F2P combat career.

If you're not a huge fan of skilling like that, just go and train combat. That's nearly all I did while I was F2P, especially when I decided to become a member. Moss Giants were the monster of choice for me, though there are far better places now.

My parents haven't know about my membership for 2 years now. Seriously, look into PayByCash Thru the Mail.

I'm sure Bluebrisingr already knows about the different ways to subscribe to members and has already thought about it. Her question was about what to train in F2p and how, let's try to stick to answering that for now. :P

I've previously cut willows behind Rimmington and sold to the shop there/burned the logs before on a members server, both able to do on F2P.

If you possibly have 4.2M you could afford enough maples for 99 firemaking; though, there is a high chance that you'll get really bored that way. Or you could spend 600K on maples for 80 firemaking for your first 80 skill, but that is 13K logs so would possibly be boring to burn to.

Possibly mine rune essence and then create runes for fire strikes and mage lesser demons under Crandor to train mage. (Or anything in the two strongholds if they're better, I have not been to either after completing them.)

I find goals for all skills fun. You already have everything 30+, why not set 40+? And when you get that, 50+?

I have noticed that no one has mentioned fishing and cooking. They are very good ways to make money, especially if you sell cooked lobsters at bounty hunter. I would fish for a while,(maybe 70 fishing)then I would get 60 range. Range is very useful and fun to train. If you need training spots: http://forums.rsbandb.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=65165&p=516016#p516016 Also, 50 smithing could work. Have you done all the f2p quests? If not, then that could be something to do.

You could woodcut willows at Draynor and sell or burn them. Cooking, Smithing, Mining, and Fishing aren't bad ideas though. I suppose if you need something to do you could make airs and fires, then sell of use them. Your choice.
