Waterfiends in the mithril dragon dungeon are what the leaders of summoning use.
Nechryels are also great for crimson charms.

I usually just kill whatever I'm assigned to. Almost every single monster Duradel assigns drops charms, so they're usually good.

It's more like 6 / 10, with red at 2, and green / blue at 1 apiece.

I aimed to get crimson charms since they were cheap and a lot better than gold exp wise. I clue hunted at Hellhounds till 31 and got a lot of money from clues to easily fund summoning. Probably not the fastest way.

Crimson:
Nechs (chaos tunnels ones are usually empty)
Dust devils
Rock lobsters
Waterfiends
Shadow warriors

Blue:

Gargys
Kalphite soldiers

Green:

Basilisk
Mith drags
Jellies
Bloodveld

Gold:

Fire igants
Ice giants
Moss Giants
Inf. Mages
Hellhounds
Jogres

That's what i've experienced personally, 66 summoning.
