Just query them the name of the site.

The few I've done in the past, I've sent them an "Other" query stating the web address and how I found it. It's probably very important to let them know both peices of information just in-case. You know what they're like.

"Hey! That guy might be breaking a rule! Where's my banhammer??"

I don't think Jagex can do anything about those websites. If so, they would have already because I'm sure Jagex knows a lot of the different goldfarming websites since many are caught and reported for advertising these websites.

they have legal rights to prosecute any scamming website related to runescape and they do so alot

after they prosecute the website they get a list of all the names that have bought from them and than they ban them

(p.s.- i know this cause i asked how awhile ago =P)

Technically China is bound by the same rules under given trade agreements...lets just say many countries bend the rules with China to keep the 1.3 billion person audience.

Seems querying is the only way, so it's answered.

I doubt they read the sites you report to them anyways, the message you get back looks automated- I believe I once saw a screen shot of a query reporting http://www.runescape.com as a gold selling site, and received the same message. Maybe because they can't really do much about some of them.
