I always just brought prayer gear and prayer pots to fight them Proselyte top and bottom, helm of neitznot, holy symbol, whip. I fought the ones in the sara room, and nothing else would hurt me because of the holy symbol. |

you can also wear a Zammy item and go into the Zammy area if you dont have 70 agi to get into the Sara area. Have fun, they sure drop the boots a lot. |

I didn't know Bandos, the God of War, had a dungeon. Yeah, prayer potions, food, definitely a teleport, and even a symbol of some kind, preferably an amulet or cape, would help. If you can, try to get into their actual stronghold just before the Commanders, because there will be less other things to attack you if you have the symbol. |
