For price checks it's really going to be a lot easier to check a price guide or some more popular forums than rsbandb. I got this from zybez's price guide, whose values really aren't as accurate as they'd like to make out - but it's as close as I can offer.

Cooked Swordfish - 300gp
Cooked Salmon - 90gp
Cooked Trout - 60gp

Raw Sharks - 950gp

It's worth mentioning that sea turtles and manta rays aren't good to buy (or sell) in the market because they're quite hard to get a hold of in large amounts. For training you're better off using monkfish or sharks (for cooking).
