What monster or whatever drops a lvl 1 clue scroll or whatever its called?

I don't know every monster, but men, women, and goblins drop them. And I've gotten some from thieving H.A.M people.

Al-kharid guards are the only other monster right now that I can think of.

All monsters which drop level 1 clue scrolls.

Thugs in the low level underground wilderness are good.

Rock Crabs too, good training xp and drop a fair amount of level 1 clue scrolls.

Men, Goblins, Barbarians, Farmers, Al Kharid Warriors, H.A.M. Members (pickpocketing them is easier to get the clue from them), Thugs, and Theives all drop clues.

Bronze Shade Chests are lvl 1 too.
