Edit2: I'm adding a question. Is there a difference in your reward between if you have 151 kudos and 153?

I know there is a myreque quest you have to do (In aid of the myreque).

Maybe it's what confused you a bit, idk. If I were UltStarSaber I'd start by doing the quests stated by the guide and then ask again if there are some that are missing. I personally find this guide trustworthy.

That looks like the right amount of quests based on the kudos I've received for other quests.

According to the knowledge base, no, there isn't a difference in the reward between 151 and 153, but from what I understand, there's a separate bonus for completing each floor, and if you do all of those, then you'll have 153.
