Post subject:  Best and cheapest way to get to 70+ fletching?
As the subject says I want to get my fletching from 55 to 70 in under 2 weeks (i know this is definatly possible) so i can make my own yew longs to alchemy. Can someone give me some tips?

or just cut em yourself, and me mental what about maples? because he can make them and do maples, then yews, or does anyone have any other ways?

I'm currently cutting them myself but I probably will start buying them, just not quite yet. Cutting willows that is, they're nice and quick.

i was 57 fletch yesterday and i had 0 willows now im 70.. wanna know how? just buy around 15k willows.. exactly what i did it may seem like alot but in f2p people sell for 10 gp ec thx

Easiest way is definatly willow's. They're fast, easialy accessed and cheap. I got from like... i forget 55 or so to 70 in 2 day's from them. Bought about 10k logs and I was set. Don't bother stringing willows as you can get them for like... 20-35 gps ea whereas a bowstring usually cost's about 100 ea. Only start stringing bows once you get up to yews as the logs go for 250 ea, and strings for ~ 100 ea.

well maples are on the line of being expensive. willows are like 30 each and are quite easy to find. maples only give like 20-30 more exp, and are 3 times the money. Well, truthfully, im making this up now cuz i completely forgot about maples :P

It's willow..I just started fletch 5 days ago and now I'm 50..
Maple is expensiver and only little bit more exp than willow..

I went from 63 to 70 in one day, on 7k willows. WIllows are the way to go, go to free to platy and buy them for 35 ea. GEt about 10k to 15k of them, then fletch till you drop

Do you alchy them?..and to you string them?..
If you do alchy, can I know the price?

Willows arent worth it to be strung, but i think its like this:

Willow long unstrung: 100 gp i think
Willow long strung : 120 gp

Yew longs unstrung: 540 gp ea
Yew longs strung: 768 ea

It's not worth it to string them. You can buy maples sometimes as low as 20 each, but bowstrings are 100 each, 5 times the prices! It's not worth it. It's also not worth to alch it. Just make unstrungs, then either drop all of them or sell them to the market.

Only yew longs, since thats what i can make money off of
