I have never seen a Jagex mod in the game before so, my question is what combat lvl are they? |

They can probably be any level they want, I think. Though I've only seen them as level 1 or 126. |

Yes they can change there levels, i saw Mod peter in varrock one, he was lvl 1. |

J Mods have NO stats, quests, music, or anything like that. They can change and ada anything to their accounts. |

They can wear anything they want, get any stats they want, any items, music, etc. I've seen Mod Mark at Castlewars, he was level 126 lol. |

Ok, thanks guys, question answered Moderator accounts can manipulate their levels and I presume a lot more. It can be anything from 1-126, not 1 or 126. |
