Yes, but not necessarily in that order. I know for a fact that my brother did it with lower stats. If you want, I can join you and help out. |

Now my memory isn't that good anymore since I don't know what you needed to do for Roving Elves but if you got 60 agility you got enough skill to beat the Underground Pass and Regicide since you hardly need to fight. Regicide would be even the easiest for what I can remember. Though I don't got a clue what you needed to do for roving elves. |

done it with the same ag lvls, all of them, used alot of pots though xD

Go for 53+pot, or 56. Don't bother getting the extra 4 levels, it's hell just getting 10k exp off arenas. |

Roving Elves is easy. Find the elves. Chat. Enter Glarial's tomb. Fight steroid-case moss giant weaponless and armorless. Get seed. Find elves again. Get seed enchanted. Go into waterfall. Plant seed. Go back to elves. Done. |

I heard that it is one of the hardest quests in Runescape. Sounds very easy. VERY easy... |

It IS easy... VERY easy... It only took me roughly 40 or 50 minutes for Rolving Elves. Regicide took me forever! That's most likely the most challenging (I said challenging not hardest) quest in RuneScape... |

IT'S GOING TO TAKE FOREVER TO GET 1K BRIMHAVEN ARENA TICKETS!! I guess I'll have to put off woodcutting and everything else, spend 2 hours a day instead of around 30 mins, and work real hard. |

Would I be ready? dude, its in the bag. i did underground pass with 20 agility and combat 68. it was hell, but i did it. coming back at combat 80 and 56 agility, regicide was easy. the only enemy is a level 110, and if you brought arrows or magic, you can stand behind a rock and kill him without a problem (you have t stand 1 space back from the rock because he does have a halberd) as for roving elves, also easy. all you have to do is kill an overgrown moss giant with no equips or inventory. you can protect melee and let its magic hit you. if you do die, then just cast teleport ardougne and run back up and kill it before it recovers =P the only real hard part is at the very end of underground pass, when you have to run 10 squares being attacked by a spell that hits through protect from mage. other than that the 3 quests are just long and requie lots of walkign and traps and stuff... |

Yes, there's no doubt. I did it with WAY lower stats. Regicide might be a bit hard but besides that you won't have any trouble  .
