The training area right out of Ardougne there are ogres in the cage and they have some pretty good drops sometimes...
Nothing to worry about really just stupid randoms.

I always did fire giants, you can hide in the doorway and they wont hit you, awesome drops, well they were awesome drops, dunno how much d meds are now.
