I HAVE BEEN WAITING AT THE QUEST START POINT FOR AGES YES I'VE DOEN MOURNING ENDS PT1 BUT WHERE IS HE WAITED FOR LIEK 10 MINS NO ONE AHS SHOWED UP. |

He moves around, theirs like three positions he could be in. Impossible to know which you just need to walk to and from them. |

If you go to the mage trees he is sure to appear there...the place near the river he never is, I waited there 30 mins once and he never appeared... BUT hes not the dude who recharges your crystal seeds, Its that other elf near the quest start (not the mage trees one) that recharges em for you. So dont go wait for the elf you spoke to for roving elves |
