I'll say it's something to do with RS weather. Another way that Jagex is making RuneScape more realistic. |

It's been there for ages. It's one of the random things that happens in Zanaris...Sometimes fairys will turn you into pigs or something, sometimes a choir appears and sings for you, and sometimes a rain cloud appears. Nothing new. |

oh i see, i think i got turned into a pig because i was banking and i switched the rs window as i was viewing rsbandb aswell i didn't see alot and but my character said "that was odd" or something |

If they ever do add weather it would be on high-detail, like going down the smokey well, there is a fog on high detail, but on low detail everything is clear. |
