And I saw that dude at Pest Control... Anyway, that is the new Tyras Helm, like the Tyra guards wear. You buy it from the new shop located at any boat dock. |

They sell for 5.5K each in stores, but players sell them for 15-20K each since it's supposed to be hard to get in stores because a lot of people are there waiting for the respawn. It took me 5 minutes to get one, so it's your choice
