My cat's an Overgrown Cat. Is there a way to get it to catch the rats you need to do the quest? Or will I have to trade in for a Kitten???

if you have an overgrown cat you can buy another kitten. use the kitten only in the necessary parts though.

Yeah, once you hit overgrown you can get a kitten.
