Enabling the option ''Accept Aid'' allows players to teleother people using their magic abilities  If someone with a low magic level is not able to teleport to Falador, a high lvl mage would be able to teleport him to Falador if his ''Accept Aid'' option was activated.

Yeah, it helps alot at some places, for examples at barrows sometimes people try to Teleother me while I'm fighting one of the brothers so I would die, but eventually I just turned it off. |
