Post subject:  A Question from a Non Member for Members...

As part of a birthday present I was thinking of buying one months membership for my boyfriend since he loves runescape but cannot register membership for himself for some reason. What I ened to ask is, would it be worth becoming a member for just one month or would it be completely pointless?
Thanks for any help! Misty :)

i'm not a member but i can say that it's worth it.
When hes gonna become a member than maybe next month hes gonna pay for membership himself

if he's going to be only one month member then i suggest that he no lifes his agility
cause it comes in quite handy even in f2p
if he does that, then one month membership is worth it

One month is more than enough time to see the members world, what it has to offer and try out some of it's benefits. :)

a month is plenty enough. But the catch is: you just keep on wanting more

btw you're not allowed to pay for membership for someone outside your family. I see that rule every time i renew

One month membership definately was worth it.

I was members for one month (or was it 2...i can't remember) and look at my stats. exactly 300 skill total for my member skills. \:D/

yeah my advice is to do some of the quest and train in some of the member skills. but i would recommend that he try to keep his items limited or else he'll have no space when he returns on f2p

trust me, 1 month will come in useful.

BUT, it's not enough. you'll just be torturing your boyfriend for more membership...

Thanks for all your advice! But about the you can't register for someone not in your family thing, may be a problem. Why is that?
Thanks again all :)

It wont be a problem. Hows jagex going to know if you're part of his family? Besides you're his gf..close enough to family.

ok, if u pay for 1 month, make sure when it ends that he has all the items he'll need dubble, ex. if he's a woodcutter, he'll need 2 rune axes and 1 preferred log he wants, if he's a fighter give him 2 sets of armour +2 same weaps
